What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Morning all! It's my Saturday! Whee! All of my papers and assignments have been turned in for the week, and I am taking a day off from schoolwork. It's definitely getting a bit harder and demanding as the semesters goes on, so I could use a break. But so far, all As!
Tonight we have another house guest. My cousin is sleeping over so that I can make sure she gets somewhere on time on Thursday, haha. She is notoriously about 8 hours late to everything, which is why she needs a kick in the butt from me, haha. FYI, I might not start the thread tomorrow - depends on how much work it takes to rally her up and out.
QOTD: What topic do you wish you knew more about? Currently, my marketing class has me wishing I understood a lot more about that, haha! But generally I wish I knew more about World History. I have barely begun to scratch the surface with books I've read and there are a million times and places where I would love to know more about.
Accountability: Um, did anyone know that BUTTERFINGER is making popcorn now? You're welcome. I also didn't exercise #notwinning
B: Protein coffee & Eggs, feta and ham
S: String Cheese
L: Chicken (TBD on the prep - I have a huge package of Costco skewers to get through!)
D: ...assuming my cuz is late and don't eat with us, I will have veggie burger.
Exercise - Trying to motivate for that long iFIT walk today.

I'm the opposite. When I let in carbs I crave the crap out of them. Giving them up completely is the only way for me to really stay on track but I am far from there right now.

Good mornin everyone!
I've got a busy day ahead. Psychologist appointment then PT this afternoon. I'm just hoping PT doesn't leave me so miserable I can barely move. I had a petty miserable night with pain just from doing a little walk and vacuuming.
I made the mistake at looking at a cat wheel on Amazon. Sooooooo of course I'm getting ads for cat stuff now. The first one was an ad for a cat carrier. I kid you not...they took the picture and put makeup on the cat...including blush. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time! Picture for proof!
I found out I had rewards from the Medicaid provider I use. 130 dollars to spend at certain places. I was surprised to say the least. I'll be getting my flu shot Friday so that's going to be 20 dollars right there. You get rewards for certain health choices. I had my womens visit earlier this year and that alone was 50 dollars.
QOTD: hmmm I'd say astronomy and I'm always eager to learn more about history...world, natural and US. ALL OF IT! lol
B: JUST egg cup + coffee
L: PP shake
D: Tacos and cauliflower rice
S: ???
Mel
That is a nice benefit from Medicaid. I am surprised you have to pay for the flu shot since most insurances cover that cost.

Good morning, everybody!
Our last summery day came with a lot of heat and some afternoon thunderstorms.Today it is going to be about 80 degrees and tomorrow we start into fall weather.
Today is Marilyn's birthday. We are going to go see the Alerbrijes, which are monumental sculptures. Marilyn has been wanting to go to this exhibit and today seems like a good day to do it.
Other than that I need to do some work and go to the gym. Tonight is Happy Hour, but I don't know how much of our group is available to participate.
QOTD: I wish that I knew more about plumbing and Electrical work. I don't think that I have ever attempted a plumbing repair that didn't make the problem worse.
Breakfast: bagel
Lunch: Not sure whether we will eat at home or at the exhibit.
Dinner: Bratwurst
Have a great day, all!
