Morning all! Who else is watching the Queen's funeral? It's so beautiful.

I had a pretty boring weekend. Cookies and papers and papers and cookies. Today is the same, but leaning a little more towards schoolwork, if I do the right thing... Oh, remember how I said I was meeting up with an old coworker for lunch? She spilled the TEA. So much stomach churning dysfunction is still happening there. I couldn't believe it. I couldn't be happier that I am not there!

QOTD: Have you ever been told you have a doppelgänger? We happened to watch two different shows this weekend where a person had an evil twin. I haven't ever been told I have a twin anywhere but I have a friend who has one of those Eastern European faces and she is constantly being told she looks like someone.

Accountability was okay. Not perfect but it could have been a lot worse, lol.

B: Protein coffee & egg whites

L: Veggie Burger with cheese

D: Grilled chicken tacos

Good morning JB and menuers!

Ah, school. I hope you find your zen zone there. I think cookies would be preferable over papers in my book.

QOTD - Yep! I seem to have a common/plain face that means everyone thinks I look like someone they know. Happens more when I'm bigger and my face is filled out, though.

Today Mt thighs and calves are sore. Personally, I love this since it's a reminder that I've been using my muscles. I did not tell family about the possibly broken toe. My hiking boots are super sturdy so I just walked a little funny to balance it out.

This morning I'll grab the last few things from the car, including the fern my mom sent home with me. I took her a chaste tree, so it was a plant exchange. Then I'll take my dirty, bug-covered car to the dealership to camp today. I passed 150,000 miles on the way home and it needs service. Unfortunately, they're on a ten day wait and said I could try my luck as a walk in. So I'll take in my work computer and get some productive things done.

I'll exercise when I get home. Still pretty tired! Also need to do menu planning. I have the next two days off to get things settled.

Menu

Yogurt

Cottage cheese

Planted protein shake with fiber and collagen

Something with vegetables. Or just vegetables. I can't wait to have a salad!

Up in the air a bit until I can think about it.

Cheers, everyone!

Exactly! Just not that debilitating soreness where you hobble around and can't bend over or move your joints.

I was hoping! Dropped about a half pound since Thursday. My body doesn't cooperate at all when traveling and I tend to retain water, bloat, and gain during those times. It's so much worse if I get on a plane but extended road trips take their toll, too. I was tossing up whether to check the scale today. Half a pound is good by me!

Good mornin everyone, hope our week starts off good!

I watched a bit of the procession but can't turn on the TV to watch so it was just here on my iPad.

I am just happy that I got a bracelet finished yesterday that's been nagging me. The ring supplier made a mistake with the cutting and I had to sort through the "pile" to find the good ones. Doesn't sound like a big deal until you consider how small the rings are. So glad to have it done! It's not my favorite weave to do by any means. It's just finicky. I'll include a pic of the bracelet at the bottom.

No big plans for the day. My mom has jury duty tomorrow so we're hoping we find out tonight she doesn't have it. If she does I am have to cancel my two appointments Wednesday. We'll see. She gets called at lest 3 to 4 times a year.

QOTD: no, not ever that I can think of.

B: JUST egg cup & coffee

L: beef taco and ???

D: not a clue

S: beef stick, pp shake & ???

I know I'll have some of the kettle chips but hoping to keep it at a low number.
