Good morning, everybody!

The concert didn't even come close to selling out last night, so they closed off the upper deck. We had section 300 tickets, so they moved us down into the section 200. Great for sightlines, not so great for waiting in an additional line to exchange the tickets.

I thought that Clapton sounded great - 6 songs electric, then a 5 set acoustic set in the middle, then a second electric set of 5 songs. Finally, Jimmy Vaughn (whose band warmed up) came out with him for the encore.

Definitely an older crowd and no vaping/weed smell. Yay!! We were home by 11:45.

Today, I am putting a premium on eating quality foods. Last night's stadium popcorn and hot dog was not a good refueling after a tough 4:30 workout. Also, this probably goes without saying, but I managed to spill mustard on my shirt.

I may have Lunger's Butt today - we will see.

QJB and Melody, sorry for your tough days yesterday. Kelly, glad to hear that you have a treatment plan.

QOTD: I am with Kelly on this one. Overall, I would say that I like it. But how much of that is as merely a vessel for carrying whipped cream is the real question.

Breakfast: Frittata

Lunch: Steak

Dinner: Chicken

Have a great day, all!

What dose are they starting you on? I didn't really start noticing much until 1.0.

Good morning Jen and menu folks. I have been MIA, covid went through both sides of the family. The boys and I were spared. We have been busy, just spent 4 days in Hampton Beach Nh and attended the annual seafood festival.

QOTD - I associate Pumpkin Pie with Thanksgiving, only eat it at that time. I do like the SF Pumpkin spice flavor additives for coffee.

L - Salami and Cheese

AS - cukes and dip

D - Ribeye and grilled veggies

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

I couldn't imagine an all day meeting. I do most of my interaction with my customers through email. Even when we have zoom meetings I always have the camera off.

It is getting cool in the mornings. I think it was 58°. My leg was still bothering me so I did not go out. Lets see what tomorrow holds. My DH did get the pool closed yesterday so at least I am done taking care of that for awhile. Tonight I am going to clean Jalapenos to make chicken poppers but I may make a few Snake bites for me to have tonight.

QOTD: I don't mind Pumpkin Pie but the pumpkin cheesecake is so next level there is no need for pumpkin pie in my home.

Accountability: I did great with food but still struggling with exercise.

I think they say diet is 80% of the struggle for weight loss and maintenance, while exercise is only 20%. Nto to say that isnt important for your overall well-being but take the successes where you can!
