What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good morning everyone and happy Tuesday! QJB is not able to start us so I am getting us going today.

Monday was long, first call at 6:30 last one ended at 5:30; same today except starting at 545; I much prefer the days when I don't have to be on camera the whole day, lol.

QOTD - Do you like pumpkin pie? I love all the fall baking spices and I like a good SF pumpkin syrup in my coffee but I don't really care for pumpkin pie; I eat one small sliver of my sister's at Thanksgiving and that's it.

Menu today

Everroast chicken and slice cheddar

salami and cheese

meeting one of my sisters for dinner so either lettuce wraps or a bunless burger

Ex - probably just a stretching series; I slept wrong on Sunday night and my neck has been a bit sore; it's better today but I want to give it one more day to relax to normal.

Have a terrific Tuesday everyone!

Thanks for starting! I have a little more time than I thought, but I am hosting family here who are up from all over the east coast, so they can be closer to my nephew who is in a Boston hospital, which is why I thought I wouldn't have time this morning. Sadly they discovered a tumor on his left front lobe, and today they are likely to do exploratory surgery, today.

I never had a chance to read yesterday--gotta get back to see your breakfast ideas!

QOTD: I love the taste but hate the texture so no more than a bite for me!

Noooo idea what is happening with food today. Starting with protein coffee, but then its all up the air from there!
