Awesome pictures. The 3 of you look like you are having fun. I especially like the light house with the yellow flowers in the foreground. Nice contrast.

Happy Friday! It's going to be a glorious weekend. I've been up since 3 am. I was feeling very productive this morning doing all the things. I then went to pour myself a cup of coffee and apparently, I forgot to put coffee grounds in the pot.
It felt good to be back at the gym Wednesday. I was sore yesterday ,but not uncomfortable sore if that makes sense. I am headed back today after I work for a few hours.
QOTD- I ordered magazines from the Girl Scouts. I think it was Good Housekeeping and Eating Well. I don't think I will order again. I remember as a teen, magazines were very cool. I looked so forward to my monthly delivery of Teen Bop. We would rip the pages out and plaster pics of Corey Haim and Micheal J. Fox to our bedroom walls.
I have been keeping my food simple and it seems to be working. Back to basics, protein first then vegetables.
Food plan for today in no particular order.
2 cups french roast
Cold brew and protein shake
Insides from 2 chicken street taco with green sauce
Thai beef stirfry ( my son requested I make thai food)
boiled eggs, chomps. I am not sure what else.
Exercise- Upper body and abs today
Vitamins always, and lots of water. Have a great weekend everyone.

Ah yes.... I wallpapered my bedroom with the monthly posters from those teem mags. I think we must be the same age because those were the same guys I loved, too!
