Yes, it's slightly different because it's not so much as the group dynamic but your own internal knowledge and change aptitude

Yep. This is what we learned in my MSN program. Change is not a easy process and some resist it more then others.

Love your 30 day paradigm! Gonna need it soon. I'm in the 30 days prior strategy phase. It's nuts already, lol.

Good morning, everybody!

I have to go into the office today, so I am up fairly early.

Marilyn is headed out of town for a tennis tournament today, so I am on my own for a few days, but its a pretty short one. One of her friends ex-husband is picking them up and driving them home from the airport on Sunday. That is definitely not the kind of divorce that I grew up in.

We have a pizza party tonight after work tonight. I could say that I am eating the pizza toppings but that would only be accurate during the interlude that it takes my teeth to pierce through the crust.

Also, I am going to wear pants and shoes into the office today since the big bosses are coming. Generally, I have just been wearing jeans and sneakers for the last year that I have been going in.

QOTD: Not celebrities per se. When I was a kid, I sent letters to NFL teams and got some stickers back. So exciting to get mail as a child.

My meals are pretty up in the air:

Breakfast: Frittata

Lunch: Catered

Dinner: Pizza

Have a great day, all!

Jim, I've got to say that when I read you were wearing pants and shoes to the office for the big bosses, I quickly wondered what you were doing before! It seems my brain defines both pants and shoes as entire categories that cover everything from casual to formal. Fortunately, that resolved in the next sentence. Yay for taking a mental tumble in the morning!

It's fun in my office since our EVP's office is maybe 20 feet from my desk. And I regularly run into some of the noteworthy higher level execs, so that's always fun. It helps that a lot of them come in wearing jeans and sneakers!

I was always told to dress for the job you want not the job you have so I wear resort wear and dress as though I am retired.
