What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

The detail in your cookies is so awesome; they are truly event cookies no****ching Lord of the Rings eating in front of the TV cookies.
Happy Friday everyone! According to one of the astrophysicist I follow, the galaxy has already transitioned to Fall, it just takes a few more weeks for our solar system to catch up so yay, fall!! I will keep reminding myself of that as we endure more 90 degrees days!
I did watch the first episode of the new lord of the rings series on Amazon (while eating 3 cookies and the only thing I regret is they were not Queen Juniper Berry cookies).
QOTD - I'm going to be like the ID checkers and just go with "starts with 19"; it's been a bit, lol.
I was not impressed with the rowing challenge for September, it's only 6 episodes and 4 of them are strength, not rowing...so I started the elliptical challenge for September this morning; I have a work out with my trainer tonight but figured the 12.5 minutes (that's minutes not miles) in this mornings workout would be a nice start to the day.
menu today
coffee plus half and half X2
cold brew skyr
pastrami with slice cheese
TBD on dinner.
My pictures this week are from around my back yard, including a surprise wasp and the sculpture I picked up at the art festival last weekend.
Have a fantastic Friday and great long weekend (if you have one)!

I liked the first episode! Yes, it was like 12 minutes 10 seconds...and flat, lol. Not the workingest of workouts, lol

Your flowers are so pretty. I have been wanting to get some yard sculptures like the one you have. I cheap though so want them to go on sale. My next purchase for my yard is another above ground garden to move the raspberry and blackberyy bushes into so they dont take over the veggie garden

Good morning ~ Great pic's, you are so talented. I hope you have a great first day of school! Going into this weekend I keep forgetting it's a 3 day. Very happy about that. I didn't sleep much last night I was awake rehashing some news I got at work yesterday. My peer and I are switching jobs effective Oct 3rd. I'm stunned. I've been in the same unit for 14 years. I'm also excited about the change though. All the things were going through my mind last night. Good, bad and ugly. In the end it was a smart management decision, especially for me. My intention is to promote to upper management in the next 2-3 years so this is important experience. Today is an easy half day, then I am meeting my sister for lunch and checking out the progress on her house re-model. I am so jealous - she is getting an endless swim spa put in. That is my dream!
QOTD - That would be high school actually. I was always a part time college student.
Accountability - Pringles - why? I don't know - I don't even like them.
b- coffee, HB eggs
l- Thai - green curry and salad
d- BBQ buttermilk brined chicken, grilled zucchini
s- apple and PB
e - I suck
Have a wonderful day and weekend!

Congratulations!! We call it The career lattice not the career ladder and we make it work by doing "chess moves" with top talent as part of the growth and development process! Clearly you are seen as a strong leader that they want to continue to advance up!

Thank you! Career lattice - so fitting. Succession planning for sure. My new position will be working for the woman I hope to replace when she retires.

Great news, Amy.
When I was a kid, I would eat Cheez-its until my jaw hurt and I didn't really even like them.
