What's on your Wednesday Menu?
Not sure if you made the frosty last night. With the almond milk it came out a bit crystally but I stuck it in the microwave on Melt option which helped the texture. It turns out really well with Premiere or Fairlife protein drinks, pudding (maybe 4tsp), and 4 ice cubes. I do put mine in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours so it has a chance to thicken and freeze like ice-cream. If in longer I just melt it a bit in the microwave as it will get frozen solid.

Good morning,
QOTD: I'm looking forward to November, for two reasons. First, my son is coming to visit for the holidays, and also I am graduating in November. I've been promoted to a job with overtime, so I'll be very grateful to not have to do homework too.
Congrats to the new mommy!
I have gotten away from planning my meals (and breaking other rules too), and I need to get back to that. I'm battling a little regain and I think its mostly due to my chaotic lifestyle and stress. My partner passed away a few months ago and it was... excruciating is a good word. Having the long hours at work helped, but my eating and exercise have gone to crap. At least I'm still taking my vitamins!

Frist, congratulations on the promotion and pending graduation from college! Very exciting.
I am sorry to hear about your partner. You are in my prayers.
Welcome to the site. I look forward to hearing more from you.
