What's on your Tuesday Menu

Happy Taco Tuesday!
I have decided that while I am in school this year I need to give up Starbucks, which is over $1K in savings, I think :/ Yesterday I had to stare at one at the rotary when I was stuck in beach traffic on the way to the Cape and I came so close to giving in for a Venti Iced Americano. But I stayed strong! It's still my first week off after all!
My beach day was lovely, btw! Somehow I need to turn this MBA into a job that gives me beach-house money, haha. I love the ocean so much! I'm back to decorating like a fool today but I am going to set some alarms on my phone and try to make myself take breaks in the yard. I will be so sad when the summer is over and I didn't enjoy any of it...
Accountability: I don't even know? I stayed at the beach longer than I expected and I was too overwhelmed to find something to eat. I drove home and devoured a cheeseburger that Grim offered me. I skipped dinner though, because the lunch was so late, so the calories probably came out the same?
QOTD: If you couldn't never drive a car again, would you rather get around on a bicycle, horse or hitchhike? First, why do I ask questions I can't answer myself, lol. I am lazy and would probably prefer to risk my life as a hitchhiker. But I would be happy with a horse!
B: Fit Frappe Mocha & egg white & ham
L: Veggie Burger with tzatziki sauce, cukes & low carb tortilla
D: Homemade fish taco

Good mornin JB and thanks for getting us started!
My appointment went well yesterday. I've maintained the loss of 15 pounds in a bout a month so I am happy to be headed in the right decision. He prescribed Ozempic that I am hoping Medicaid will cover. Should find out today if they will. It's to help with blood sugars and a little with the weight. I just have to say...I love my doctor. He has never once talked down to me or either has his staff. The NP there is great too.
Not a lot planned for the day...that I know of anyway. I've been up since 1:30 so...it's going to be a long long day. I tried to get back to sleep to no avail.
QOTD: Used to be bike...in a perfect world(with a perfect back and tailbone) it still would be. I'd probably hitchhike too now. The thought of getting on and off a horse makes me hurt even worse.
B: JUST egg bowl & coffee
L: bread-less pastrami lettuce sandwich and maybe a jerky strip
D: not sure what this'll be
S: pistachios, if not a jerky stick for lunch then for a snack, Tbs of almond butter
Wanted to share miss Opal's gloriousness

Thanks! She can be so beautiful but when she isn't it is so comical. She gets awkward...lol

That she is! It seems no matter what we do we strike it rich in the character department with critters!
