Your dog is 5lbs? We just had a vet appointment this week and one of our cats is up to 17lbs! We try to keep his eating under control but the other cat just doesn't care abut food so the fat ones eats for 2 all day. Grim and I just laugh because between the two of us, we were bound to have at least one fat kid with no self control! And we sure got him!

Before we got our Rottweiler we would open feed our mini Goldendoodle since he would only eat until full. Rotties are food motivated so we cant open feed because she will gobble up everything even if it isnt in her food dish. She also requires a food dish that slows down her eating. We had to put her on a diet because she lost her "tuck".

Good Morning! JB- it sounds like you are enjoying the days before your next adventure of school starts- so happy for you. We had a nice weekend and Em had a blast at the concert. John and I didn't go but walked around The Grove and Santa Monica. Em and her friend waited outside for 6 hours before the concert but she had epic pics and caught a drumstick so it was well worth it for her. This week will be crazy and it'll trail into next week but let's get it done!
QOTD: I'm the quirky one I think! I'm VERY routine so it's all about order. John and Em think I'm crazy about towel folding.

I keep seeing protein puffs and protein oatmeal on your menu. Willing to share brands/recipe for oatmeal? I'm not back to carbs yet but love, love, love good Scottish oatmeal. A high protein version would be great to have!

I know your question was directed at someone else, but I make protein oatmeal all the time. I use 2 cups of water (or unsweetened almond milk), 1 cup of oats, and 2 scoops of protein powder. Cook it the same way as always. This makes a good four-ish servings (I eat it cold the next day - but you could nuke it if you want it warm)

I will never post a picture of my linen closet, lol. I'm certain I don't have any towels folded the same way.
