Wow! you really love the M&Ms-even a "statue" in your house. Very cute. I see it is the famous orange color. Cute kids.

Happy Fri-Yay all!
Sunday is my four year surgiversary. So, I have my appointment today. I'm a little burned out by doctor's visits this month. I told somebody that I had three doctors visits this week and he thought that I had some sort of life threatening condition.
Nope, its just scheduling. I did figure out that out of the 8 doctors I see yearly, only two are actively treating me for anything. This is how Trish ends up spending every day driving people to the medical office.
In any case, I'm not making any special effort to be light today, just going.
For the weekend, I know that I already told you guys 100 times what I'm doing. But stop being so crabby and give me one "Ooh Ooh Whoa oh".
Marilyn said that they are having an oyster sale at Whole Foods and that she might get us some. Which is interesting because I picked RPM Seafood tomorrow for champagne and oysters. It will be that kind of weekend. But whether "that kind of weekend" means late summer loveliness or hung over and seafood poisoned remains to be seen. Rooting for the former.
Pictures are RHCP and the now infamous Mojito glasses.
QOTD: It's not a short list, but lets go with wine.
Breakfast: Protein Bar
Lunch: Cheeseburger
Dinner: Oysters
Have a great weekend, all!

Congratulations on 4 years of successful weight loss and just as important weight loss maintenance!
I am not a fan of wine, wine coolers, beer, or champaign. My alcohol needs to be disguised with other better flavors.

Good morning all and Happy Friday!
We made it through another week and it's time to enjoy the weekend! The weekend is coming together nicely. I'm getting together tonight with Emily, the new friend from the picnic last weekend. Tomorrow night, I'm going out downtown for a friend's birthday. On Sunday, I'm going to the burbs with my sister to see the parental units.

the puppy!
Have you tried sushi post op? I don't know why but for me, the rice goes down okay, but then it's like it gets inflated in my stomach and its super uncomfortable. I stick to sashimi now, so I guess that's extra good according to the calorie chart! But I miss the California roll :)
