That is a yummy looking salad. Great idea to make croutons out of keto bread. I bet Dave's Killer bread would also make good low calorie croutons.

Good morning! I am marking myself at 100% for food compliance yesterday. I counted every bite and came in under my 1200 cal goal ad also felt like I had a few really yummy meals.

Not a lot on the agenda today. Brown dog physical therapy has us up to 8 loops around the house twice a day. Quite exciting. Possibly a luncheon with our finance guys. They are at my old office today for the annual check in and have us on standby to meet up with them. It's really not a necessity, but we do always get a great meal out of it. LOL. Other than that, working on finishing my current book. I just finished "the last thing he told me" and I thought it was an excellent read. Now I am on to Saint X. Enjoying it so far.

QoTD: What is this snow you speak of?

Menu:

B: the last 3 TJ's fresh chicken meatballs and 1/3 cup cottage cheese

L: could be tricky if we meet the guys for lunch. If not, same as yesterday. HB egg smashed with cottage cheese, a slice of tomato, EBTB seasoning and 10 pop chips to use as scoops. I was perfectly full, got all my cravings satisfied and stayed full well into the dinner hour.

D: smoked boneless pork rib, leftover baked beans and 1/3 piece of corn on the cob. Adding left over potatoes to round out Roger's meal.

Peace Everybody!

Ha! I imagine snow in your neck of the woods is very very rare! Has it snowed there ever?

Never that I know of where we live in Mid San Diego. It did once or twice in the foothills when we were in Ramona. And very, very rarely we get a kind of like slushie rain -- but nothing that sticks. According to Google the last time any snow was actually recorded in San Diego is 1968.

Taco Tuesday Y'All!

Today I am in the office. Just some paperwork, no meetings. I have a hair color and cut this afternoon, then hope to get out to kayak with DD after that. We didnt go on the weekend since I wasnt feeling it. I definitely want to get out since I feel like the summer is winding down. The kids start back at school after Labor Day. I always think it is crazy that some schools start before the holiday.

QOTD: I think early September we may get a light snow that melts away. Typically, Nov and Dec more of the same. Snow doesn't tend to stick around too long here in the city. Mostly in the Mountains (which is why there is 5 ski hills in the vicinity). The latest I remember snow would be late May. Again, light and melting off quickly.

Accountability: That dang Chick Book Pop kettle corn-extra servings

B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, blueberries, keto granola, cold brew with half n half

S: protein frosty

L: Summer salad with chicken, poppy seed dressing

D: Lobster roll innards, lettuce

S: 100 cal popcorn bag. 4 squares sf chocolate

E: kayaking
