That taco meme is too funny! Jen, good luck with Invisalign. My daughter used it too. The trick is to change the retainers every two weeks and being consistent. At the end you get one last retainer for the rest of your life that you need to use at night. That's when if you don't use it the teeth slowly go back to their normal position. DD says she is using it at night but not consistently and I can see the tooth rotating to its original position.

I was at target yesterday for a few essentials; what's with all the pumpkin stuff? They have quest bar pumpkin pie and the coffee creamers pumpkin flavor. I grumbled but I bought them anyway because come October I'm ready for all things pumpkin. I've had my sf pumpkin syrups (different ones) on the back shelf since Jan!!!

QOTD: I have always lived by the sea or the ocean so not much snow regularly. I do remember one year that we got snow and piazza miracoli (the lawn under the leaning tower and the basilica) was all white. It looked like magic. I get my fix of snow when we go skiing.

My meals yesterday :

• Coffee
• Mex cauliflower rice + ground turkey
• Jello, Fage yogurt, epic chicken
• Hb eggs + tuna pouch
• E: 4 miles jog

It's kind of like when the Christmas stuff is out for Labor Day, everyone wants to be first to get the pumpkin/pumpkin spice out. I know Dunkin' as their pumpkin spice/fall offerings out now, Not sure about Starbucks!

Em says they have the pumpkin syrup but can't sell stuff with it yet. They have it to create and test drinks with.

Rob can't wait until Starbucks PSL release every year. It would kill him to know that they have it in stock and are holding out testing, lol. I don't think I will tell him... He loves them and it marks one step closer to football season!!

Good morning ~ Very cute meme! Excited for your invisalign journey - it's one of the best things I've ever done. Like surgery, I only wish I had done it sooner. I am home today. I hit the back of my head so hard last night in such a stupid way. I'm okay but I didn't sleep well, headache/fog and my sinuses are bothering me - it hurts to wear my glasses. I have so much work to do, but I just can't.

QOTD - I haven't lived in snow forever - I don't remember! Would love to visit snow, but not live there.

Accountability - kiddo was over and dinner last night was pizza. I had one small slice w/extra topping. There have been times when I could eat 2 or 3 small slices - last night I couldn't finish the one before tapping out. Weight is the same - not moving.

It was so nice last night getting to know someone a lot better. It's been a while since I had intense, exciting conversations with someone I just met.

QOTD - I seem to remember the earliest snowfall in October but I pay more attention to the latest snow since I'm always dying for winter to end. After the middle of April, I normally think we're clear from anymore snow and summer is right around the corner.
