good mornin everyone.
Not a lot planned for the day...at least that I know of. I've been having at least one panic attack everyday over my back issue. I just wish my brain would shut up.
The week to come should be fairly busy. I have an appointment on Tuesday and Wednesday. We'll probably have the kids one day this week.
QOTD: if you could live anywhere regardless of cost where would that be!

L: shrimp enchiladas with corn tortillas and a white green chili sauce
D: leftovers if it's good...I'm kind of creating my own recipe sans the sour cream sauce

I have a busy week coming up, so I need to get ahead on some things today. It's supposed to rain off and on all day, so it's a perfect day for catching up! Other than a hair appt later this afternoon, I got nuttin'!
QOTD: there aren't too many places I'd live in the US at this point - maybe the Chicago area or a few places on the east coast. If I had my druthers, though, I'd live in Europe. The US is getting too crazy for me. The gun violence, especially, worries me.
B: protein oatmeal topped with plain skyr and blueberries, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: chicken salad

D: 1/2 "chik'n" burger on 1/2 slim bun, vegetables

Good morning!
I was a total train wreck yesterday on food. I have no idea how many calories I ate, and I don't have the fortitude to figure it out today. So my plan today is to get back on track. We have a bbq at a friend's house this afternoon and I know the menu. I can definitely make it work. I need to start the baked beans here in a short bit for that.
QoTD: Paris! Or New York City. Or Somewhere in Italy. In all honesty, right here in San Diego. I love it here and this is where most of the people I love are at. So right here at home makes me very happy.

L: 1 oz cheese, 1 oz pepperoni/salami from last night and some Pop chips for crunch
D: hamburger. Patty only. Small amount of baked beans, fresh tomato, a few tortilla chips and a tbsp of No Mas Tomas for dipping.
