Qotd - I have reasonably good exercise, relaxation habits but I think the best self care thing I do for myself is to focus on positivity/optimism and things I can control.
I'm really fortunate that I don't have any anxiety or depression issues like so many struggle with so I do have that option and ability so I make good use of it. It's an output of "act as if" that I started doing as a kid and I really think it's the best thing for taking care of myself!
