Good morning ~ great pic - great idea! I didn't get up and work out this morning. I'm still struggling so I'm giving myself the rest of the week - no pressure - to sleep and get past whatever this is - anxiety/stress. I'll start fresh Monday with a new attitude. I finished reading Glucose Revolution (I'll be reading this again and again - audio and hard copy) and it inspired me to ask my doctor for a continuous glucose monitor to see my spikes, dips and work to maintain a flat (as possible) glucose level. I got it yesterday - it's pretty cool so far. Looking forward to my experiment. So far, very things looks fairly normal, but I'm only one meal in. Should be interesting. I'm reading The Institute - finally - it's great so far.
QOTD - Journaling is absolutely number one for me. I set intentions, brain dump, write it all out everything on my mind good bad and ugly. It's self therapy. After that - it's probably reading and exercise.
Accountability - wine - did not spike my blood sugar like I assumed it would.
B- coffee, scrambled eggs, avocado
l - chicken green beans stir fry w/cauli rice
d -chicken, salsa, pinto beans
e - taking a brea****il Monday
Have a great Friday eve!

I am sending good vibes your way and hope the extra rest/relaxation will help you through this emotional time.
I read The Institution (Stephen King). I liked it. I just finished Where the Crawdads Sing-it was a good book. I told DD we should go to the movie now. I have heard good things. I finally finished The Green Mile on audio, another great Stephen King book. I have never seen the movie so I should watch it also.
