What's on your Thursday Menu everyone?

good Thursday morning everyone!

Not a lot planned for the day. I have an appointment with my new psychiatric health provider today. We'll see how this goes. She is at least a woman and she is a nurse practitioner. I need to work on a few things in that area. Thankfully next week I will start up after a month off with my psychologist...I had to cancel an appointment due to a scheduling conflict.

I had a rough night pain wise. The only thing I can take is Tylenol and it doesn't do diddly squat. It helps when I have a headache and that's it.

Not a lot planned other than that appointment. We are forecasted to be 70 Sunday and I'm down for that. We've been so hot and dry. We did get some rain last night and it is not forecasted to be above 90 for the next week! Woot!

QOTD: What is your number one self care thing? It can be a physical action or spiritual action. I'm looking for ideas.

I got one of those foot spa things that have bubbles and it has helped me relax a lot and the bubbles feel good between my toes!

B: JUST egg cup & coffee

L: Salad of some sort

D: ??? I am thinking something with shrimp

S: ???

hi all

Well the impant visit 5 didn't go so well. waited 40 min in the waiting room -Then had to numb me, cut into my gums where the implant was placed, which was bad enough, but then bone had grown around the top of it so he had to chisel it out. he had to give numbing shot rounds 3 times... he seemed super unsure of himself and me crying didn't help. next time this happens, if it happens i will require valium and laughing gas also... also- the oral surgeon should be doing this, not the implant placing guy...

QOTD: shopping, making something, hopefully not eating something I shouldn't queue the peanut butter

working out can be

food today

depends how bad my face hurts-

b: coffee

coffee water

protein pancakes? (why do i want to spell pankakes every time)

l: last of the eggplant dip? something with protein to go with it

d: unsure need to check the list for something softer?

You might wanna look for another periodontist. What you are going through is not normal. I have 3 implants done by my brother and I am familiar, as a patient, with the procedure.
This article helps you with asking the right questions, because unfortunately some dentists take on the implant cases without any additional training beyond their regular dental clinics.
