Fingers crossed the news for your kitty, and glad to hear the vet will do surgery Friday! Hadn't heard anything about a vet shortage. I've been with the same vet since moving to this state in 2014. I hope the vets stay!

Good Morning Hillary and Menuers,

Wow was that a weekend that just blew by? I want it to be Friday already. There was a bunch of parties for me and No pool time. It has been so cold here the pool is really not an option. I only have 1 party next weekend coming up and hoping temps goes above 80°

So I asked a Walmart employee for a hug this morning. He gave me some very bad news and my heart wasn't taking it well. They stopped carrying Wonka Sugar free. I was crushed. They filled it with sugar free pumpkin spice ALREADY!

QOTD: I have no idea. We get a 1/2 cow and right now vegies are coming from the garden mostly I usually just have to pick up berries yogurt and eggs . I am sure I spend on average about $60 a week.

Accountability. OK I went to the 50th wedding anniversary party and the amount of cookies was extreme. I am going to post pictures on a Monday so don't get upset. There were 3 folding tables full. I had one of everyone and I do not regret one bit.

I'm sorry your product is gone. It's never fun to find things that work for you only to have them disappear. But maybe Amazon?

Those are some fancy cookies! Glad you had a good time.

oh, they were. I was playing press your luck. First, I was pressing my luck over getting myself sick, then pressing my luck to see if I found one that tasted bad. Gotta say I won both games.

Good morning,

Glad you don't have covid! Hopefully you'll be feeling better soon.

QOTD - anywhere between $40 and $140, depending on what I need to replace.

It was a good weekend. I got some yard work done, saw a lot of deer, and tried my new egg cooker. I love poached eggs and they're pretty hassle free. Only downside is that it cooks two at a time. Yay, leftovers?

A NSV as I sit here in my chair at the office. I don't spill over the sides of my chair anymore! That always made me super self conscious. Another small victory...I made it 30 minutes on a moderate, flat pace on my elliptical yesterday! Small steps in this marathon.

Today I'm in survival mode for food since my meticulously packed lunch bag is sitting at home on the kitchen counter.

Menu:

OWYN protein, supplements

Over easy egg with the oil mopped off. A piece of sausage

Epic chicken at my desk...maybe. little beyond what I'm supposed to be eating

Mini meatloaf, some yogurt to make up the protein difference at the end of the day

Cheers, everyone. Welcome to Monday.

Go to nearest cvs for premier protein shakes, or any grocery store for ready hb eggs, if your stomach can handle hb eggs.
