The meme is funny. It is amazing how the people around us can flip our mood.

Today is my first day back in the office after 10 days of working remotely. I did like working remotely but was easily distracted and maybe didnt put in the same amount of hours as usual. Not really an issue since I did manage to stay caught up on work. Tonight is "cheap" night at the movie theaters ($5.95/ticket), therefore taking the family to see the new Brad Pitt movie Billet Train. It has a 78% audience approval rating, many said if you were a fan of Pulp Fiction type films you will like it. As I believe that Pulp Fiction is one of the best films out their I assume I will enjoy the movie. I will try to get a walk in before going to the movie.

QOTD: Probably as song from Grease. Not sure which one since they were all great.

B: triple zero greek yogurt, collagen, blueberries, keto granola, cold brew with half n half

L: Summer salad with chicken, poppy seed dressing

S: protein frosty

D: lettuce, cabbage, bell pepper, onion, broccoli, chicken, sesame ginger dressing (my version of a Chinese salad)

S: 100 cal bag popcorn, 4 squares sf chocolate

E: 45-60 min walk

Have a terrific Tuesday.

Good morning! 100% on food yesterday. Nailed my calorie goal with a bit to spare. It's just so dang humid here, we are all living inside. I binged watched Living under the Banner of Heaven. Hoping for a bit more movement today. I've got my yard work done and my basic chores. And in a few I'm going to make a berry upside down cake to use up all the fruit I bought in case the grand girls wanted some. Then I plan on saving a couple slices for Roger and delivering the rest to our wonderful neighbors for a fresh dessert tonight. I am not much of a baker. I don't seem to follow absolutes well and that's the key ingredient in baking. But I'm looking forward to puttering in the kitchen.

QoTD: Grease is my daughter's all time favorite movie and we have watched it together a million times. Just seeing a quick flash of it brings back wonderful memories of times with her. So, You're the one that I love ... on several different emotional levels.

Menu

B: cottage cheese, leftover ground beef/black beam, corn mixture from making stuffed peppers. Very low carb

L: stuffed peppers with some cheese melted on top. Pretty low carb

D: Rockfish with blistered tomatoes and something from TJ's called Creamy Cauliflower mash. Haven't seen it before. I shall report back.

Peace Everybody!

Good morning,

Good luck with your trainer today! Getting back in the swing of things can be so tough.

QOTD - have watched Grease. Any of her songs are fine but I'm not a die hard fan.

Today is my first partial day back at the office. I got winded walking in from the parking lot, which is just sad. Looking forward to the day by day improvements!

Today's menu

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - rolled turkey and provolone with mustard

Lunch - protein shake

Snack - boiled egg

Dinner - protein shake

Snack - crock pot chicken

I'm proud of the fact that I'm doing okay ok fluids for being halfway through the day. Progress! And no crazy questions yet since everyone saw me on protein shakes and small bites before I went out.

Have a good one!
