Monday, we meet again! What's your plan for the day?
It is a Merry Monday Morning!
I also had a very nice weekend. Saturday after yoga I chilled and watched TV. I watched The Thing About Pam with Renee Zellweger which I did enjoy. Also, watched most of I Like That For You, which is a Showtime series. I did not quite finish that show as I ran out of time. I took my mom out to dinner at a local favorite restaurant, we had a nice visit. Sunday we were up early to head back home since I needed to drop DD's friend off midway to meet her parents since she is going to a camp for a week. We did pick up DD's 1989 Ford F150 from the mechanic on the way back (the shop that replaced the engine is 170 miles from our house since it broke down midway home all those months ago). We had dropped it off on the way to Montana because the engine stuttered when switching fuel tanks. The shop replaced the fuel pump and filters that are located in the gas tank. Unfortunately, the truck is still doing the same thing and will need to go back to the shop. So frustrating.
Today I am checking on prices to reduce the cost of our auto insurance. Currently, we are at $713/month due to youthful drivers. However, initially looking online I may be able to reduce to mid $400s/month. So freaking expensive with the kids added to the policy. I have a mammogram massage, grocery store, some minor gardening, and yoga.
QOTD: I can grow vegetables and fruits. I am sure I could learn to cook on an open flame but would need someone to hunt for me. It sounds like most of us would have some issues surviving in the middle ages!
