Good morning all ~ That is game face Monday! I'm gonna need it today for my marathon get all the things done day. I have several meetings and goals today. Wish me luck! I got this. I had a nice chill weekend. Limited screen - not no screen, but almost. A few walks, errands, projects completed around the house and Stranger Things season 3, so relaxing. I'm ready for the week!
QOTD - I can cook! I think Queen JB and Grim would thrive with their many cool talents and skills.

I wanted a fast and sweaty elliptical this morning and I did the svartifoss waterfall one; I thought I was going to die but it was awesome. He's one of the fun, motivational trainers and the view at the top was worth it!

Sounds like you had an uphill climb to view the waterfall. I love to see waterfalls when out trail walking the only issue is that it usually requires a steep uphill climb. Good workout though. I prefer some up, some flat going out then some flat and downhill on the way out when I am tired.

I have a harder time going down than up due to my knees. I can climb up all day long.

QOTD- I can spin, weave, knit and sew. I'm not sure I could make a living with them. But with no computers or TV I would be more focused.
My realtor is trying to get the closing moved up on my house. I'm hoping that she can, they have everything they need and it should be ready to go. I would love to move sooner...
It was another hot weekend here, I stayed inside as much as possible and really didn't do too much. Football is coming, I can almost see if from here.

Wow you hit the nail on the head with that Meme this morning. I've been in go mode since I hit the floor at 5:30 this morning. I still have a lot to do before today is over. Besides work, I have a dental appointment and I hope to be getting my hair done. This will be the first time in 26 years I have a new hairdresser. Not really new though she did it prior to my last hairdresser we just fell out of sync on time so now she can fit me in. Perfect timing.
QOTD: I have a teaching degree in cosmetology but I don't know if they gave haircuts in those days. I can cook or run a brothel if need be.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
