Online diet classes to fulfill insurance requirements?

Hi everyone,

I have Aetna and they require twelve diet notes from a multicomponent behavioral intervention. My surgeon recommended CVS minute clinics but they do not appear to have an online platform and the in person ones are not available in my city. Any recs?

I would call your insurance and ask them specifically what qualifies. They should have someone that can walk you through it.

Oh I have the specifics of the policy printed out.
