Good morning everybody!

Hello everybody, I've missed you. Just a quick post today because I need to be in the office early.

As Kelly was so kind as to share, I never made it to Greenland. We turned to the port side and went to Norway instead. Certain people were irate about that. OK, tough guys Hurricane winds and 36 foot seas - let's see how that goes for you. But we had never been to Norway, so we still had a wonderful time.

During the last two weeks, I have adhered to a diet rich in the four basic food groups:

1) Fish and Chips

2) smoked Salmon

3) Champagne

4) Toblerone

So back to Crossfit and normal eating for a bit.

Thursday I need to make our reservations a VACA. Hopefully, I don't screw this up!

QOTD: What is your favorite Scandinavian country (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland)? Use any criteria to choose: colors of flag, food, animals, etc.

I will go with Iceland because its so beautiful. And fish and chips.

Breakfast: Egg sandwich

Lunch: catered meeting

Dinner: TBD - I don't think we have much food in the house.

Have a great day, all!

Congrats, that sounds like an amazing trip, no matter where you made it! I've always had the philosophy that trips are just as good as you make them out to be. Issues always come up, so it's more about how you handle them. Then again, I don't go with a heavy itinerary on my trips, so I guess more can go wrong.

QOTD - not too sure how to answer that. I haven't been to Finland. The fjords and strawberries were amazing in Norway. The beaches and shrimp stood out in Denmark. The reindeer and Icehotel in Sweden are branded into memory. And the windswept landscape, improbable waterfalls, and mineral baths make Iceland unforgettable. They all have their own uniqueness.

Menu today is more protein, water, and tea. Staying the course. I feel very low energy right now, so time for some me time after taking care of the doggos. Cheers, everyone.

Good mornin Jim, great to have you back. Glad you were able to have fun with the change of plans!

My internet is spotty or something this morning. I tried responding to some of yesterdays posts but my stupid iPad lost them somehow. Hoping that you get well soon Jen and hope you heal well from the fall catwoman7.

Not just a whole lot planned for the day. I have an appointment at 2 with my psychologist. We may run to Sam's to get a few things but that's a big might.

I am hoping to get another bracelet done today as I finished one yesterday. These are cuff bracelets. I am liking the work as it gives me a purpose...however small that purpose is. I'll attaché the one I finished at the end.

QOTD: Sweden, I have roots there!

food was abysmal yesterday. However I made a better choice at the Thai place. I got satay and had a very small bowl of the pad Thai my mom got and a spoonful of the banker's special she got for today. I also had some homemade ice cream and other various nefarious foods.

B: JUST egg cup, cappuccino and a chai tea

The rest is terribly unplanned. Maybe some gf chicken nuggets for lunch.

a meme for taco Tuesday and the aforementioned bracelet.

hi all yesterday's food went well hopefully the scale will be on the way down. I apparently learned last night you cant take 3 fiber pills and eat shiritaki noodles and not expect to fart all night and make it to where you can't sleep? so annoying was up part of the night. then i went downstairs and 3-4 of the dogs needed to come with me on this expedition and get into the smaller bed.

qotd: I have only had experience with denmark because my dad used to have to go there once a year for the air force. we used to get really cool banks and one time a backpack that had flag patches on it. its really awesome and now i don't know where it is. probably at my moms house with tons of other stuff i need to get...

food:

b: coffee coffee

need to eat in no particular order: shrimp, leftover plant burger patty, leftover plant nuggets (those might not happen today), some strawberries before they go bad. still trying to lower carbs, maybe a low carb wrap.

Thanks for the fart story. Why do farts always make me laugh? Am I really that immature? Must be!
