I am loving the throwback Thursday before and after pictures. It is so amazing to see the transformations. the joy and happiness in your faces, and how healthy everyone looks. It is so inspiring to see all of you who have lost and kept weight off long-term.
Tonight DD and I are going to a local farmer's market. The healthcare organization I work for is sponsoring a booth that I want to support. As a side project with a few other coordinators, we applied for a grant to conduct community outreach to help reduce trauma and improve health outcomes. So I was instrumental in establishing the booth at 4 of the market dates using these funds and with some monetary support from the HCO. This is a pilot program since my organization had not done this in the past. We are getting great responses from the community so I think we can plan to do it again the following farmer's market season, but with more advance planning. I have not yet been to the market so I thought we would go check it out. I do need to get in my workout before we go though.
Accountability: extra handful of Chick Book Pop kettle corn
B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, blueberries, keto granola, cold brew with half n half
L: usual summer salad with chicken, poppy seed dressing
S: protein frosty
D: chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots with 2 good yogurt ranch
S: 100 cal bag popcorn, 16 mini PB cups (finally got notification my SF Simply Lite chocolate has shipped)
E: 60 min walk
My before picture. I was actually a week post-WLS when I took this. My high weight was 296. I was about 264 lbs in this picture.
This after picture was taken yesterday. My current weight is 128.8 lbs.
