Good morning - Ugh, just lost my post! Okay - try again. LOVE your b/a photos Jen - amazing! I can't wait to see them all. Today I have a work meeting/luncheon that will be catered with a Mexican spread - pray for me ya'll. No worries really I already know what will be there and what I'll have. I have my annual evaluation yesterday and I was blown away by all the things my boss said and wrote about me. It's nice to be appreciated! We talked about future promotion, succession planning... It was amazing! He said everyday is an interview and it's true so that is how I roll.
Accountability - spot on. Now if the scale would move, that would be great.
B- coffee, egg bites

e - 9/10 IFIT challenge, almost done! It'll be my first virtual trophy, lol.

At Low weight 150. I miss that hair so much.

I will get back to a healthy weight if it kills me!!!!

Yay for getting the iFit trophy with time to spare. You have really made good changes and are putting in the effort to sustain them! I know you will get to your goals!

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,
I am happy you have the day off tomorrow Jen. Wi**** would be me but to much going on here to take a day right now.
I plan to have a manicure and pedi at lunch today so I hope I can stay caught up getting orders in so I do not have to deal with a ton when I get back from my appointment .
I have my desk a little more organized now so I do not see me loosing any more post by hitting something I shouldn't.
Still under the weather with the cold but doing a little better. Now on day 8 so my hope it is gone by Saturday.
QOTD: Usually I have to figure out what day it is and take my vitamins while trying to wake up.
Accountability: I ate a few caramel covered cheese balls.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
