What's on your Wednesday Menu?
I had heard of clotted cream but wasnt really sure exactly what it is. It sounds expensive in terms of calories...

Good morning ~ The m&m ratio to nuts is just sad! I still always feel guilty when I have that. I'm with you on it was only Tuesday, all day - and soooo long. Throw back Thursday it is! Today is killer for me. I have this intense training for an anual project I've only done once before. It's pretty complicated but on the bright side I have until September to complete it, but I no longer have my former boss to consult. Stress level 11.
QOTD - Organic for sure. Robots concern me. We recently had sushi delivered to our table by a robot. It was cat like and was kinda cute. I'm thinking a robot alien overlord would be more like Star Wars meets Transformers meets Terminator - so no.
Accountability - great!
b- coffee, yogurt and granola
l - chicken salad w/feta, lettuce, olives, lemon vinaigrette
d-taco tuesday do-over
e-day 8 of ifit challange. I just did it - no crazy thoughts today
Have a wonderful day!

I have seen some Of the server robots but only on tv. It would be so cool to encounter one in the wild!

Treadmill hiking - where the trainer has control of your speed and incline. They have similar challenges for all of their machines: rower, elliptical, bike and even yoga

When you say the trainer has control of your speed and incline, I am assuming that you input a workout level before starting? Or is it based on other parameters like heartrate?

They have difficulty levels in general on the workouts. Within each workout, they have your personal info (height, weight, age, fitness level) and you can use the heart monitor strap, but I haven't set that up. You can manually adjust it up or down or override it completely. I like following the incline with the trainer at a challenging speed. I love when they do intervals and push me harder. Today I adjusted my speed up because it felt too easy. They will use that info for next time.

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,
I lost my post again so this is the redo version. I keep hitting the mouse and it magically disappears so this is round 2.
I made the chili relleno recipe that Lisa gave me and it was my dinner last night. It will be dinner tonight as well with salad. I had some chimichurri sauce so I put that on top like you suggest. Thanks.
QOTD: Not into SIFI but I am going organic I want my Alien to have a personality and emotions of their own.

Good morning everyone,
Been an interesting day. I have this metallic taste in the back of my throat and it seems like everything inside me is continually rumbling. Fortunately, I'm not hungry. Still a bit lightheaded but made my fluid goals yesterday. The nurse who called to check on me seems to think it's probably low BP, so something to watch out for.
The incisions are still puffy and bruised but have started itching. Though annoying, itching means healing in my book.
Still struggling with the chocolate vitamin protein but no issues with anything I can drink plain or with broth.
Found a tick on my leg this morning. Have to wonder where that came in. Mobility is about the same and I'm just moving a bit as much as I can.
QOTD - organic
Menu
Sipping on vitamin protein and water. If I finish this one, I get one with broth as a reward in a bit. I've taken my acid blocker and other such pills. In good shape so far today. Cheers.

Good job on the clear liquids yesterday (I read your reply to me). I was wondering if you clarified with the nurse who called you about the fluid intake (i.e.. do you include your protein fluid into the 48 ounces)? I still generally dont get hungry but at times notice that I feel weak so I need to eat something. Keep up the good work!
