Forgot to mention the parmesan cheese I add. You can add or not, but sometimes I add a couple of TBL of grated parmesan.

QOTD - Buffalo Chicken meatballs and egg roll in a bowl.

B: 1/2 peach muffin, Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt

L: roll up - soppressata, hot capocollo, prosciutto, cured salami, fresh bocconcini mozzarella cheese balls and giardiniera .

D: chicken salad.

S: string cheese.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
