Whats on your (finally) (photo) Friday plan?
Good morning! Oh please. It's a moo point! My daughter and I say that to each other all the time!! So Joey. Still so funny.
Today is an easy day. We are going with a friend, one of my single collectables, and I get to pick out all the hardware for his new bathroom. I love this. I get to spend his money and make decisions. My favorite things. I did well on food yesterday, but dinner was not great. The chicken I was defrosting refused to defrost so we punted to leftovers. I ate the leftover boneless chicken wings. Nothing else, but chicken wings, though these were tiny, are definitely high calorie!
Brown dog tore his ACL in his rear right leg. So now that's our priority in life. Keeping him calm and moving as little as possible. His appointment with the surgeon isn't until the 29th, and then we have read he will be very limited for 8 weeks or so after. So it's looking like our fall is going to be about staying home and nursing our sweet boy back to shape. Poor guy.
QoTD: the only thing running more than my mouth is my brain. Non stop. It's why I take a half of Xanax each night to sleep. Otherwise I can't shut my brain off long enough to actually drift off to sleep.
Menu:
B: leftover meat ball and 1/3 c cottage cheese
L: lunch meat and cheese
D: hopefully the chicken and blistered tomatoes. But if my shopping date runs late today, we may end up grabbing dinner with the friend.
Oh! Edited to add photos! I spent hours cleaning out my Dad's office last week. Here are a couple of throwbacks. Me at about 3 and 17.
Peace Everybody!

Good morning all and Happy Friday,
Jen-The Ren Faire sounds like it will be fun. Will you dress up?
It's raining, it's pouring, the old man is snoring. We are having a dreary day here and it's affecting mood and desire to go out to run errands. Regardless, I need to do some service work at my local club this afternoon.
QOTD - I have a lot of inner monologue. The problem is when I start answering myself out loud. JK. I have been working for a while to reframe negative self talk with some progress.
Accountability-Fries
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine. Coffee.

Happy Friday Menuers,
My pamper day went well. My hair is shiny and my gray streak is covered with color . The massage was wonderful, I didnt feel tight but once he started working on me I could feel tight spots in my usual spots (upper back, scapula area). Work today is the usual paperwork, data abstraction, with only one meeting.
Plans for the weekend: I finally convinced DH that we should sell our travel trailer since we havent used it in several years. He was wanting to keep it since it was paid for but we do have to pay a monthly storage fee and insurance since we cant keep it at our house due to HOA rules. I have asked DH to pull the trailer to our house so I can empty and clean it to get it ready for sale. I will also plan on kayaking this weekend with DD, probably Sunday. Otherwise no real exciting plans, maybe dinner out with the family on Saturday.
QOTD: Usually no running conversation with myself unless I have something compelling to think about. I am one of those people *****spond best to issues if I have time to think about the situation since sometimes during confrontations my mind goes blank...I am working on this and it is getting better.
Accountability: about 1/8 of a Starbucks brownie
B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, raspberries, keto granola, cold brew with half n half
L: usual summer salad with chicken, poppy seed dressing
S: protein frosty
D: 3 oz chicken, cherry tomatos
S: 100 cal bag kettle corn, 4 squares sf chocolate
E: 60 minutes hot yoga
Have a wonderful weekend!
The picture is of me and DS at the rodeo last weekend. He looks a lot larger then me but I think it is the camera angle.
