Learning a new computer program is such a trial. Hopefully once you have mastered it the process will be easier then the previous version.
Keep up the good work on running and eating. Root beer float protein shake sounds yummy.

Glad you're making it! Curious...I nabbed a sample of Unjury root beer so my order would ship for free. Is what you have the Unjury version?

No I buy the Premier in the bottle off Amazon it ships free there also. Let me know if you like the Unjury after you try it. We can compare macros and cost and we'll see if there is much of the difference.

Will do! I think it's a limited edition flavor on the Unjury side. Never would have thought root beer would be so popular! It'll be a few days. Thanks for your response!

Morning all!
QOTD: My octopus teacher, it's a documentary of a life cycle of one octopus off shore of South Africa. Surprisely, it's sad at the end. I like things like that - but I watch the whole spectrum. I am watching Bridgetown, which is a soap opera in fancy dress. Those 2 are on Netflix.
I have already been to the eye doctor and in an hour I have a appointment with the dentist. Seeing much better after the laser surgery! I want the other eye done but the doctor says it's not ready.
Breakfast: Mangos from my tree. I still have some on the tree, but they ar up high. I like leaving them on because once you pick them they ripen very fast, faster then We camping eat them. So many that i give lots away.
Lunch: something from Wendy's, on the way home.
Dinner: Maybe Salmon with either salad or veg.
A mango tree! So awesome, I would love one of those but doubt it would survive in my climate during the winter.

it's always nice to have friends that have mango or lemon trees; they always share the bounty! Glad your laser treatment is having a positive impact already!
