I do not envy your picnic planning committee duties. I'm doing an open house planning thing for work and it is not in my skill set. True event planners are worth their weight in gold!

Good morning!
I so feel this meme in my soul. We have four tiers of team meetings that certainly fill up the schedule. And that doesn't include all the customer meetings I need to be able to do my job. Ah, corporate life!
I love how active you are. I'm definitely not there yet but have increased activity quite a lot. You're an inspiration. Thank you.
Met with my surgeon yesterday. Surprisingly, that helped to calm a lot of the nerves. He also thanked me for taking the process seriously and losing a good amount of weight in preparation. Surprising, really. I'm thankful he took the time to answer all my questions. I also got my package of proteins, vitamins, and supplements to start. I sat down and filled up my first week's planning boxes. Current hospital check in is 6:15 Friday.
QOTD: exercising wears me out...then revitalizes me once I've cooled down. Because of that I'm a mix of morning and whenever I can get it in. I prefer not to work out late.
Today's menu:
Breakfast- isopure protein shake
Snack - boiled egg
Lunch - cajun tilapia and sliced cucumber
Snack - light string cheese
Dinner - isopure protein shake
