What's on your Tuesday Menu, everyone?

I work out in my basement and after yesterday's workout, finished with a 100 squat series, I thought about just sitting on the stairs as I went up them, so I completely get the "wears you out" aspect!
Glad that your meeting with the surgeon made you more comfortable; I'm sure this week will manage to fly by and drag both!

100 squats? All the respect! My thighs would revolt at that and sitting on stairs would sound amazing!
You're not wrong. I'm trying to wrap up everything at work so I can focus on recovery but it's also hard to focus. I'm half checked out, and that's totally on me. And yes! I love my surgeon so far. I feel pretty comfortable with him and he is working hard to build relationships with all the pre op people. I'll still be happy when it's done, though!

I don't know why but OH is putting my reply to Cautiously Hopeful on my reply to Emiepie...could be user error but also happened with this post so I'll just let it go. Hopefully Emiepie doesn't get spammed with reply notifications all day.

QOTD- I used to love mornings, and I need to get myself back into a routine it's been too long.
I fell and bruised my tailbone so I've been in misery for the last 10 days. I'm hoping it's getting better, too embarrassed to tell my doctor that I did this to myself. Not like there is anything that I can do about it, no pain meds, oh well it seems to be getting better.
I keep expecting to see Sammy when I walk in, or around the corner. I really miss him, but he's in a better place, or I hope he is.
I got fresh strawberries, raspberries and cherries from the farm store. They taste so good, I love fresh local strawberries there is nothing better.
I didn't have any work yesterday, and so far nothing today. I want to watch the Jan 6 hearing today. I've watched them all so far.
Have a great day everyone!

Tailbone bruise is so painful. I did it once snowboarding and I was in pain for a couple of months.

I hope your tailbone starts feeling better soon. How did you bruise it? Trip over something?

It takes so long for the tailbone bruise to heal completely. Hang in there! But don't be embarrassed, slip and falls happen...it's not like "I rolled over in bed and hurt my neck"...which has happened.

G'morning all!
LOL, that Scarlett O'Hara face is priceless. I've been told that even when I keep my mouth shut my face speaks volumes.
QOTD: def a morning person; love to get the workout out of the way before I tackle the day. But it also depends on my workload. Yesterday, for example, I didn't get to do my run till 2:00 pm. I am very grateful that I wfh and can do this, but my preference is first thing in the morning. I feel that with every passing hr of the day my resolve for working out gets weaker.
My meals yesterday :
- Coffee
- Scrambled eggs w/shredded cheese
- Fage yogurt, protein puff, epic chicken
- Shredded pork w/cauliflower thins
- E: 5 miles jog
Happy Taco Tue!
