When I lived in Phoenix, I stayed indoors as much as possible from mid April to around Thanksgiving....and if I had to go out, I went as early as possible. It also helped that they keep all the buildings at hypothermia temp so at least when you climbed into the "can bake cookies on the dash" hot car, it felt bearable for a moment.

I am always cold in the air conditioning after weightloss, sweatshirts are my friends in the house. I use a small heater under my desk at work also.

Morning everyone! I traded in using myfitness pal for Lose It, so not sure what MFP did in thier app. Yesterday was a crap day eating. Started off well, but went down hill. My stomach has been upset and my effort to eat bland always leads to carbs. It was pretty bad this morning and I debated going into work. Since I wanted to go out to get imodium anyway, I figured may as well try and carry on. I did exercise. Though I'd never admit it to my high school gym teacher, exercise does help when I feel icky.
QOTD- Running! Second to that would probably be swimming or water aerobics.
Eats:
Toast
Greek yogurt
Protein shake
rest of the day will be depeding on how I feel

Happy Hump Day,
I returned to work today. It seems like such a long time since I had been between my gallbladder surgery, then vacation. Luckily, there was not a ton to catch up on when I got into the office. Yoga yesterday was HARD after 2 weeks off. My legs felt weak, I had no balance, and energy seemed low. I may of needed a small snack before going. Gonna give it another go today. The movie Elvis was really good. The one thing I did learn is that Elvis sang only covers. I had no idea. It really made Col Parker out to be a bad guy, really devious. I really liked the movie and if you are a fan of his music I do recommend the movie.
Does anyone else have a vegetable garden. Our weather has been so mild that my early plants are just starting to produce (peas, strawberries). Many of the plants are struggling to grow. Wondering how everyone's gardens are doing.
QOTD: Maybe hot yoga with Pilates as an option. It is hard to pick just one exercise to do for the rest of your life because if you didn't have other options would this increase your risk of boredom?
B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, strawberries, keto granola, cold brew with half n half
L: lettuce, strawberries, necatine, balckberries, chicken, poppy seed dressing
S: protein frosty
D: chicken, coleslaw
S: 100 cal bag popcorn, 4 sf chocolate squares
E: 60 min hot Hatha yoga
Have a great Wednesday.
