Good morning ~ It was a loooong weekend - so glad that is all over. Back to work today and a nice surprise - my hairdresser is fine and can see me this afternoon - yay! Short week, should fly by. I wanted to start the IFIT July challenge today, but my back and hips were killing me - probably from so much driving/sitting the last few days. Anyway - a normal day of activity should help a ton. So envious of my family/friends in MA right now. The videos sent from the the James Taylor concert on 7/4 had me in tears - my #1 bucket list concert. Hopefully JT sticks around long enough for me to make it happen.
QOTD - Either Hiking and swimming - do I have to choose?
B- coffee, HB eggs
l- chicken, salad mix, pickles, chipotle aioli
d-chicken, broccoli
s- green pepper strips, cherry tomatoes, carrots
Have a great day everyone!

My hairdresser's schedule can be a nightmare to be fit in so I pre-schedule my appointments months in advance so that I can religiously see her every 5-6 weeks. Can be seen with a gray skunk stripe!

Good morning everyone! Happy Wednesday and we are officially mid week!
Yesterday's show was great; Chris Isaak was exceptional and although it was cold, Red Rocks is always gorgeous.
Today is busy at work, back to back meetings from 8 until 2 and then I have a hair appt in the afternoon, my hairdresser will be going out on maternity leave soon so I'm hoping we do something that lasts until she gets back; breaking in a newbie is hard.
QOTD - pilates
I don't have a good menu plan for today probably all the coffee, plus some yogurt, maybe pb toast and cheese in various configurations.
Have a great day everyone!
