LOL! This showed up as a FB memory this morning. This was three years ago today, when DH and I met up with Jim in Chicago at Little Goat. And no, this is NOT all for me! I put all of our dishes together. The pancakes were DH's. I think I may have had the dish that's in the foreground (looks like something I'd order, at any rate..)

Good morning ~ TGIF! I know what you mean about the Christmas lights, I love them too. Yesterday my hair appt was cancelled, my stylist was exposed and had symptoms. I hope she's okay, but more importantly - what about my hair, lol? Today is my half day - I have some things to knock out and it's on to the weekend. Lots of things going on - Memorial for my FIL is Sunday in SoCal. We had to cancel our trip to MA. Honoring Rob's dad and being there for family is more important. I will live vicariously through my siblings who will include me in all the fun via facetime.

QOTD - I can't think of anything weird. I mean who doesn't have a Bob Ross chia pet head on the kitchen bar?

accountability - bread, omg it was so good

b- coffee, egg bites

l -turkey sandwich

d-baked potato w/greek yogurt and green onion

s-cucumber, red pepper, beef jerky

Have a safe and wonderful weekend!!!

QJB would love that sign!

i would be so sad if my hair appt was cancelled last minute. I have one on Wednesday but my stylist is 8 months pregnant so it's stressful, lol.

Did you hear Dolly is renting out her bus tour to the tune of $10k?

I had to look that up - 10k? Holy crap! The pictures look like the inside of the Madonna Inn - seriously gaudy, but very cool.

Hi all

having some stressors here in the workland... I did pay the piper and weigh today after the cruise. I actually had not weighed per MFP since june 1 and it was 1 pound different. so overall not terrible and still need to lose 20-30 pounds. I DID do yoga on my tempo app that I'm paying for. it was only 25 minutes but it really actually kicked my butt and I can see how out of practice and shape i am. 10 -15 down dogs i used to grumble about but this time my shoulders were angry when i woke up. so do i do it again or just some light stretching and go back to it tomorrow?

this weekend- trying for sushi afternoon for DH and I. Tomorrow and sunday- no plans, and i opted to take monday off but If i don't deal with the work stuff I'm up the creek so we will see.

QOTD: electric fence, no dining table (we still haven't dealt with all of out stuff from moving 3 years ago) and the overall concept we live in what looks to be a pole barn. people are confused when they come over and don't understand that there is a 2 story shop/garage plus an entire house inside. we also have 2 random fireplaces which have no flue plus a wood burning stove (that we installed). the fireplaces were supposed to be non vented but when the inspector came he said do not ever use those and the gas log kit in there is the wrong one. so we had the propane guy cap the line off. Its just a series of nonsense we have dealt with. Oh and the mountain road to our house is 1 way and steep so people freak when they have to drive to our house. and yes i have had to back up and down it to let a car passed.

food

b: coffee with almond milk

unsure i really am not feeling anything at all

s: ?

l: late lunch of sushi (will have sashimi, some stir fry veg, and prob 2-3 of those roll slices

d: meat snacks prob

Which approach is more likely to help you get back into a routine? That's what I would go with:-)

It is so crazy how fast we fall out of shape and how long it takes to get back into shape. I am feeling you.
