I had all chews at one point - calcium and multi from Bariatric Advantage and iron from Fusion. They are so good - totally treats! I still get the iron chew and I never forget my iron!

that, plus it can cause kidney stones. I was spilling so much calcium into my urine that she was afraid I was going to seriously damage my kidneys. I'm so glad she caught that, because that would have never been picked up through just my annual blood tests. I can't even remember why she had me do those 24-hour-urine tests in the first place, but I'm glad she did!

Good morning ~ Tuesday is better than Monday to me, I'll take it. I hope your busy day flies by! I have a nothing calendar, but I'm working on a few projects and will be busy today.

Where the Crawdads Sing - I never read the book, but all the buzz about the movie has me interested. Actual reading - book reading - tends to puts me to sleep no matter how interesting. It wasn't until I started listening to audiobooks a couple years ago that I got with the times. I was finally able to cross over beyond non-fiction. Anyway, I may read that next. Moscow is still in the queue also, I'll get to it eventually.

QOTD - I would LOVE to be on a jury - any kind. In my job I've heard and seen it all, so nothing would shock me. Plus I have all the murder show experience, lol. I've only made it as far as having to show up and wait then our group was let go.

Accountability - great - ate less than planned

b- coffee, HB egg, avocado

l- chicken, salad mix, my chipotle aioli, pickles (think spicy chicken sandwich, but salad, it's so good)

d-chicken and cheese quesadilla

s- carrots, cucumbers, my ranch

E - Swiss Alps series - apparently I started over last time. I'm back to part 2 of 24. Anyway - IT'S DONE FOR TODAY!!

Have a great day!

The book was one of the best I ever read. I will see the movie.

The true story around the author and her family is wild. I haven't read the book but I have read the articles about her/family.

Good morning! Oy it's going to be hot again today. I am waiting for the girls to arrive and then I will take them to camp. Picking them up at 4 and they are spending the night. So I only have a few hours of quiet time today. Thinking of walking the park after I drop them off. Roger will be off playing pickle ball.

I did great on food yesterday. And I had a glass of wine. Of course I did. But no real exercise. It's hot, I hate to exercise and any excuse will work for me. I know it and I own it and I still can't seem to start moving again for the sake of moving.

My girlfriend/hairdresser is in the pipeline for RNY. Medi-cal is paying for it. Some random person told her that one year out, you automatically get to have a tummy tuck. I was like...I don't think that's how it works?

QoTD: I have been called several times. In California, you can report +/- 2 weeks without requesting anything. I always get called in November, and since I have been a commissioned sales person for years, I have not wanted to be away from work that long. So I learned if I go the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, nobody seats a jury on that day. I've never even been called to a courtroom from the jury pool room. So that's the day I go. However, now that I am retired, I look forward to my next summons so that I can participate.

Menu

B hb egg, cottage cheese

L leftover beef bacon bourbon sausage. Tomato slices

D Costco (the reason for the run) meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It's one of the favorites for my grand girls and since they are spending the night, I wanted something they would love. I'll add tomatoes and have just a bite of the potatoes.

Peace Everybody!
