Melody-Percy is very cute. Loved the meme also.

We had a good time at axe throwing, I won both games but it was close a couple of times! We went out for dinner after where I selected a salad. My abdomen was giving me a bad time yesterday, felt bloated (like lots of intestinal gas), tender abdomen, ache that radiates to my back. I did notice earlier in the week that I developed a umbilical hernia. However, with some prodding and pushing I can reduce it. Nonetheless, I woke up this morning with an ache under my rib cage on the left, discomfort radiating to my back. I dont think it is the gallbladder (I knw it has sludge and should eventually be removed) but I had my DH perform a simple test for gallbladder irritation, which was negative. I am considering call the triage nurse at the bariatric clinic just to touch base with the office. I do know a person can develop another internal hernia.

QOTD: I have had basically 2 long-term relationships since my teen years. First, I had a boyfriend from grad 7-12th. Then met my husband, broke up with the long-term boyfriend, and started dating DH. During both of those relationships, I made them my whole world, didnt go out with friends. This was my choice. So my advice to myself is: keep in touch with your girlfriends, keep your individual identity, and learn to voice your opinion. I hope no-one thinks I am in an abusive relationship, because that is not the case, these were my choices and no one elses.

B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, 1/4 c blueberries, cold brew with half n half

L: lettuce salad with chicken, ff french dressing

S: protein "frosty"

D: chili

S: 100 cal bag of kettle corn

E: 60 minutes walking (DD has horse lesson today)

I end the day with a massage so that should be nice and relaxing. Have a great everyone.

I went to my bariatric surgeon regarding my abdominal pain. So the new umbilical vs ventral hernia was incarcerated (underlying intestine) was poking through the hernia. He did reduce it with some relief. I think it will come back though with activity. Anyway, I will need to have surgical repair of the hernia but on the positive side this will give us an opportunity to repair the hiatal hernia (my entire pouch is herniated above the diaphragm), remove my sludgy gallbladder, and remove this traumatic cyst I have on my leg. Now if there was just a way to get all the excess skin remove at the same time.... Surgery is not until July 6th so a short wait. But at least I have an answer to my pain. It is funny that after I made the appointment I was thinking "maybe I am just being a baby and need to suck it up".

Wow - glad to hear you went. Now on to the 4 for 1 surgery where you will feel so much better! I always downplay aches and pains too. I wonder about hernias - it would explain some things.
