Midweek Wednesday is here! What's on your menu today?

I haven't had one in a couple of decades but I remember them fondly! Crispy, delicious food on a stick! I don't care for Mac and cheese for the most part, even the real stuff, but will say southern Mac and cheese is serious not kids stuff.

Happy, Happy Hump Day,
Funny how many people have mentioned their stomach being not right. Mine is also having some issues. Not really sure what the problem is but high "twingy" feeling with drink/food, feeling of fullness, general discomfort. Yesterday I decided to have just my protein frosties for meals except my yogurt in the morning. I did have my cold brew with half n half. Hopefully not too much caffeine consumption since I do have a 20+oz cold brew. Anyway, some of the same feeling today, maybe slightly better but felt full before breakfast, better after my yogurt. No problems swallowing liquids or foods. Maybe it is a virus.
Tonight I will meet with a friend, we are going axe throwing then dinner. It should be fun. It has been awhile since I have thrown an axe. I will call this my exercise for the day. Not sure it burns that many calories.
QOTD: Before weight loss I really avoided the sun since the heat was uncomfortable. Now I like being outside in the sun, but do not consider myself a sun worshiper since I never really enjoyed laying in the sun. I also burn, peel, and repeat throughout the summer. In the past I have been terrible about sunscreen. However, now that I am spending lots of money to keep my face "young and firm looking" through serums, lotions, facials, etc., I will be diligent about sunscreen. I am always cold since weightloss I do like to bask in the sunshine to feel warm.
B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, 1/4 c blueberries, cold brew with half n half
L: lettuce salad with chicken, ff french dressing vs. protein "frosty"
S: TBD on how the tum-tum feels

I hope you feel better! I miss being cold since I have put weigh back on. Although not as bad as before RNY, I get hot again and I don't like it at all.

It is basically a frozen blended protein drink. Here is what I do:
2 tbsp sf instant pudding
1 protein drink
+\- sf flavoring syrup if desired
2-4 ice cubes (or frozen fruit if you prefer)
blend together then out in the freezer for at least an hour to thicken. I usually do several hours. If over frozen I just throw it in the microwave to defrost to the consistency I like.
I have made a variety of flavors: chocolate fudge, strawberry, root beer float, chocolate peanut butter, chocolate caramel (using sf syrup). When I allow a few more calories I have added a few sf chocolate chips or even a crumbled teases on cup. My favorite liquid protein is the Fairlife. This allows me to have "ice cream" most days for 180-200 calories!
