We've made it to Tuesday, what's on your plan?

1) I can relate to Marylin and what she is going through with your son in my soul. I deal with our DS the same way; different temperaments and different attitudes towards how/when getting things accomplished. May the force and patience be with her.
2) YOU made risotto? I'm impressed because as you said it's very time consuming and sometimes it comes out like...darn can't think of the word...if you don't stir enough or add not enough or too much stock.

It sounds like they had breakfast together today, so that is a good start. I think that she spent a good amount of time yesterday reading in the hotel lobby.
As I was stirring and steaming, I was thinking "I bet Chrissy's is a whole lot better than this"

When my Dad was in his later stages of Cancer this was a go to that I would make for him. I remember a mushroom and blue cheese that was lovely and one day I used creamed corn and bacon bits. Here is something we can agree on Jim. I never put Mayo in it. LOL

What about wine to use with your corkscrew?
I hear you about Marilyn and DS. My DS can be very moody sometimes. He is definitely at the age when he thinks he is smarter then everyone and is never to blame for an argument. He thinks he speaks to people in a reasonable tone then is offended when the person snaps back at him. I tell him its his tone, not what he says. DS is a good kid, doesn't get into mischief but sometimes I'd like to slap him up-side the head. I feel for Marilyn.

I guess that I just assumed the afterlife wouldn't be a BYOB situation...

Probably a good idea, especially if people are bringing snacks.
