Happy photo Friday! What do you have planned?

Good morning everyone! I had to correct the meme, I get home a bit after midnight and was up at 4 so local time so it's a long day! I sleep in my bed at the end of it so all will be well!
a day of meetings, at least one of them I know will be tense and then travel home so not a too exciting day. No big plans for the weekend, personal trainer workout, maybe go see Jurassic World, laundry and all the usual stuff.
qotd - what's something that you've left behind that you still miss (at a hotel, rental car, someone's house, etc). With everyone resuming travel a big conversation this week has been getting back in the habit for checking for everything. I left a favorite pair of shoes in a hotel in San Antonio and I still miss them. Lace up dark brown Merrill's that looked like real not hiking shoes but were so comfortable. I think they might have been the same color as the carpet and I just missed packing them.
They did good on the food choices yesterday so hoping for more of the same today.
menu
coffee plus half and half (I'm waiting for the coffee shop to open. If I owned a coffe shop it would open before 630!)
bacon and cornbread
hopefully a salad
Dinner tbd
my pix today are from
my walk this morning. I'm going to half to find out the story about the pig. The falls were at the beginning and end of my walk.

Beautiful pics! I'd love to have something like that to photograph!
Its gonna be a looooooong a$$ day. Workin on two hours sleep and we have the kids from 8 to 6.
Unless the ketamine stops keeping me wired, which let's face it...it won't, I'll likely be taken off of it. I just can't handle the sleeplessness. I'm literally so miserable. While it still helps with the pain somewhat that has also worn off a bit already. I'd bawl my head off if I wasn't in zombie mode.
I have some cinnamon bread in the oven for the kids and I'm going to try my hand at making focaccia for them as well after my mom gets up. I've never made a bread that requires kneading. So this should be fun even though I'm using the kitchen aid dough hook for it. I won't have any but I like cooking for people. This will just be garlic and cheese as they don't like rosemary yet. I even have fresh stuff! They don't know what they're missing.
QOTD: hmmm...I dunno about this one. There are things I'd miss but I never travel so I never lose things like that
B: JUST egg and a PP shake
L: chicken salad with grapes and a GF pita
D: no clue
S: keto nut blend packet, cheese and an Akins shake in there sometime today.
the kittens.
Mel
Sorry you are so misreable. Those kittys are too cute snuggling.
