Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

I was really expecting to see a meme about Louie at the Jubilee this weekend. What a cantankerous little chap he is.

I'm with you on a lot of weekend fails as it came to acting like a weight loss surgery success. My arm has been panful so No exercise and I did not feel like cooking so there where 3 meals out. Hopefully I can get back in the correct state of mind and get back on track. I am going to go for a walk at lunch considering I didn't get out of bed this morning.

QOTD: I had seen a lot of live comedy when I was in my 30's. We went to Vegas like 4 or five times a year. It was very cheap then. My favorite stand up's I saw live were Kevin James and Billy Gardell. My least favorite was Brad Garrett he was so foul we actually got up and left.

Accountability: Just terrible.

TSS: 4 years 5 months 26 days: 155.6LBS, (Lowest 129.4) Plan to be back in the mid to high 130's by July. (So glad I did not put a year in this statement)

B: Coffee with SF WONKA WHIPPLESCRUMPTIOUS FUDGYCARAMEL CREAMER,

MS: Premier protein Chocolate peanut butter strawberries

CB: Coffee with SF WONKA WHIPPLESCRUMPTIOUS FUDGYCARAMEL CREAMER,

L: : Left over Texas Roadhouse Salad with ranch and blue cheese crumbles and Fillet mignon with portabella mushroom's.

D: Grilled shrimp and roasted cabbage.

Exercise: My arm was hurting and I stayed in bed. I am going to try to walk at lunch.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week

Everybody Have a great week.

Brightest Blessings.

Chrissy

It was a short weekend, I worked on Saturday to make up for when our VPN was down. Yesterday I drove to the beach and walked in the rain and got soaked. Stopped at the best smoked salmon place I know Barnacle Bills in Lincoln City and got their moist smoked Chinook Salmon.

I also finally made it to a movie we saw Dr Strange, it was definitely different. Of course there are more sequels to come. I want to see Top Gun but the showings were so crowded I opted out. I will try to see it this week. My weakness is movie theater popcorn, I swear it is the best. So I indulged, my two favorite foods popcorn and smoked salmon...

On the real estate front I'm still waiting to receive notification from the state of Hawaii that they have received my money. Once I get that notification I can send the paperwork in for its return. Meanwhile the houses come and go so fast I'm not willing to take the risk without knowing what my budget will be.

Today I have an appointment today to learn how to give sub Q fluids to Sammy, and my screening mammogram and ultrasound tomorrow morning. It always scares me until I get the all clear, don't want a return of the cancer. I saw the NP on Friday for a med refill and did another UA as I don't feel like the UTI is totally gone. I'm now waiting for the culture to come back.

Still haven't talked to my Mom, I'm sure she'll call and my brother said we all have the "stubborn" gene so none of us will back down once we've made up our minds. Funny to have it confirmed by my brother.

I need to get back to work. Have a great day everyone!

giving fluids is easy once you've done it a couple of times. I had a vet tech show me, too, and after the first couple of tries on my own, I had it down pat!
