When I have to do burpees, I slow roll them so I don't have to do as many.

Run to the Aging and Disability Services before they convince her to sign everything over to them. This happens often and you need to stay on top of it. They could actually leave her homeless if they know what they are doing. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Unfortunately they are closed on Fridays, but I did leave a message. Hopefully I will hear back from them on Monday. Thanks

I think that it may be hard to get your mom declared incompetent unless she has some clear documented memory or psychological issues. However, you can put a call into adult protective services asking them to investigate. It does sound like they are taking advantage of the situation, if anything they should not be charging her for servicing her landscape. Do you live in the same town? Do they take advantage of her financially (other than not paying her for storage)? Does she send them a bill requesting payment for use of her property? IF not, you may not have any proof of financial misconduct. Does she have any memory issues?

When my grandpa had to stop driving we had to go to the doctor. I would definitely call and ask about it. I wish I had more advice but you have my prayers.

Oh Happy Days It is Friday!

Not much planned for the weekend. There are 2 different antique shows this weekend but DD is going to the horse ranch so I wont go to either besides I need to get prepared for the yard sale next weekend. So that means I need to start going through rooms systematically to select items to sell. Saturday afternoon I have purchased tickets to see Top Gun: Maverick. I have heard good things about it so I am looking forward to it. I did not do the IMAX, hoping that it doesnt negatively effect the showing. Sunday evening I am going to a concert with a friend at a local winery. the band is local, not even sure of their name but they play rock covers I believe. I am not a fan of wine (sorry all you winos out there!), the smell and taste is yuck. However, the SIL had me taste some wine last weekend that smells and tastes of grapefruit that didnt totally suck.

QOTD: I agree with the burpees. Running is pretty low on my list of exercises too.

B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, cold brew with half n half

L: lettuce salad with grilled chicken, ff french dressing

S: Chocolate protein "frosty"

D: 3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 sweet tater with sf maple syrup

S: 100 cal bag popcorn, 4 squares sf chocolate

E: 60 min hot vinyasa yoga

Pictures are of my dear son from the air show several weeks ago.
Have a great weekend.
