Yay! It's (photo) Friday, what's on your menu?

Good mornin everyone. Thanks for getting us started Jen!

Not a lot on the plate for today. I need to figure out some menu stuff. Mainly just meals that I can cook. I'm thinking of doing some kind of Mexican casserole with cauliflower rice and maybe some black beans. I have a can of whole green chilies calling my name! I also have a left over jalapeño to use. I also have some chicken. Ok I'll twist my own arm and probably make that this evening...if I have to. LOL

I just want to say even though it could still change and there is still a lot of bone pain the ketamine is helping with the nerve pain. :::knocks on wood::: I've also read a lot and I'm hopeful it'll help with my treatment resistant depression. I have hope and that alone is a good feeling. As for pain relief, even a little relief is a win. I am however working on around 4 hours of VERY choppy sleep.

QOTD: sit ups...without a doubt.

B: JUST egg cup(these tend to be different every day) and a 1/2 cup chex cereal

L: undecided as of now...maybe a PP shake

D: Casserole creation

S: L&F yogurt, SF jello, raw zucchini and jalapeño ranch yogurt dip

my pics are random older ones. The dog is a drawing I did on my iPad when I first got this particular one.

I would put those ingredients in the crackpot on low with some salsa and let it roll. It sound very good. Glad your getting the relief you were looking for.
