Hello from Amsterdam! A quick check in. I've been reading your posts while I can! I'm pretty exhausted at this point in the trip and still living every minute! Food choices and quantities in Bulgaria were pretty good. It was easy as their food is very Mediterranean based with lots of fresh veggies and grilled meats. Lots of wine had been consumed though. And SO much walking and stairs. Still I think I've gained a few. We'll see next Tuesday. I just bought Asparagus flavored cheese to take home. Go figure!
QoTD: downward dog. Love how it stretches my hips and back.

menu. Had a wonderful roasted chicken sandwich with a cream based sauce for lunch. Skipped the bread. Dinner is TBD.

talk to you all on Tuesday or Wednesday. Have a great weekend.
Peace Everybody!

Sounds wonderful. So jealous as always. I'll remind myself of the good free coffee as I settle back into my office chair.

Careful with cheese bringing back to US. They won't let you bring soft/fresh cheese.

I learned that after I bought it and went back to ask. I'm in good shape and it has a sticker. They told me to declare it and I will be fine. It's not a soft or fresh cheese. More like a Gouda!

I have never worked at a place that had good enough coffee to make me want to go in! Yay for jumping jacks as your favorite! I always said I wasn't built for jumping but now I am, lol

Jumping jacks? You make me feel lazy! I try to keep my exercise low impact since I dont want any injuries that will side line me so I do the modified jumping jack when I do my HIIT. You impress me :-)

Good morning ~ that meme is great. I am waiting to hear from the Health dept. re testing referral appt - this is how it works for my county job. I live in a different county from where I work so I have to travel to do this vs. testing privately/locally because the results are more timely. I still have symptoms but who knows what it is yet. Robs dad passed away yesterday. He is driving home today and we are going back down this weekend if I'm negative. My heart breaks for him, he is not taking it well. My boss told me not to worry about work at all - not even emails. It's nice to have that support.

I watched Obi-Wan yesterday - omg - little Leia, love her. Can't wait for episode 4.

Accountability - good for WW even with lots of homemade baked 25 calorie tortillas (chips) and salsa

b-Coffee, eggs

l-TBD

d TBD

All good on plan foods.

I hope you all have a lovely day.
