QOTD: single favorite exercise would be the leg press.
Picked up my friend from the airport and of course we went shopping. I picked up some SPF 50 clothing for fishing. Maybe that will be a good luck charm? Today we will go to Sanibel for the beach in late afternoon. We will test the waters, hope it is not too cool. I will try not to get too much sun to start off, I have 10 days of beach time ahead. I hate getting burnt.
Menu Cantelope, banana, eggs, leftover pizza, just the toppings. Maybe for dinner, rib eye or grouper burgers. I haven't tried them yet, but the picture looked good, but then don't they always!

hi all
we finished up stranger things last night so went to bed after 11 which we generally do not do. I also am watching season 2 of love on the spectrum. I think I slept better but the dogs still got up at 1:45 and wanted to eat? what a bunch of spoiled monsters. We need to get them back on schedule.
I did end up eating the mushroom cheese omelet yesterday for lunch and made teriyaki chicken with shiritaki noodles and 3 asian dumplings for me with veggies.

Plans for today: taking package via car to the mailbox up the road (its a really far and steep hill and I've only walked it one time since we moved here).

trying to drop a few before the cruise where i will gain it back. at least I'm being realistic

I was annoyed by them leaving two episodes to go for July but then yesterday I read that it was because they were still working on the effects...and that the final episode is 2 hours so I am a bit less annoyed. I don't know if ANY of that is true but it made me feel better about it. I am ready for July 1 though.
