Love the meme!

Happy Wednesday Folks,

Yesterday was 75 when I got home so instead of doing exercises in the house I took a walk. There is a reserve close to my house so I selected a path that started straight uphill in the beginning to make sure I got in a good workout. With just walking I was breathing pretty decently. I also had my project management class last night. 3 hours long every Tuesday through June. They break us into groups to work on a pretend project. We are suppose to put together a Gantt chart which shows when and how long different tasks occur, who is responsible, etc. Unfortunately, the class doesn't give you a program to use to create the Gantt chart. It can be rather labor intensive to create. Last night the instructor informed us that he didn't like the program we selected to create our chart. All members of my team were pretty annoyed and frustrated with the instructor since we had asked for recommendations several times! Ugh. The instructor is an IT specialist, if that gives you any indication of his personality (hope I am not insulting anyone here). Anyway, I am going to try to adapt the Gantt chart today to another program. Just busy work it seems to me.

Today I just have work, home work, then hot yoga after work. Both kids have asked for homework help on a history project. I am just not excited about that. School will be done in several weeks so relief is in site.

QOTD: I have to work on my flexibility. to be flexible. Currently since I have been doing yoga I am more flexible but can only touch my fingertips to the floor with straight legs. My hammys are always somewhat tight. I can put my arms behind my lower back and grab opposite elbows. I cannot lick my own elbows! How funny it would be to see that.

B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, cold brew with half n half

L: lettuce salad with grilled chicken, ff french dressing

S: root beer flavored protein "frosty"

D: Thai beef salad

S: 100 cal bag popcorn, 4 squares sf chocolate

E: 60 min hot yoga

Have a great day!

Check to see if whatever program you are using can import the chart vs having to recreate it. Sometimes that is possible depending on the sw package.

I used Visio which had an export function but I couldnt get it to export to the new document. However, it was relatively easy to recreate.

Good Morning (afternoon for some). Late check in since we had the concert last night. Months ago I had planned to take today off but instead I am going in 1/2 day since end of the month payroll day 1. Last night was so much fun, I was a total fan girl and grazed hands with Jordan Knight and held hands with Donnie...oh if only my teenage self could have seen it.

QOTD: I am not at all!

TSS: 7 years 9 months

B: SF latte, orange, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage

L: Turkey stick, cheese stick, carrots, pudding, and a pear

S: Protein puffs, nuts, an apple and yogurt

D: TBD, probably a turkey burger

ES: Greek yogurt

E: Elliptical and treadmill

V/W: On track

Totals: TBD

Have a great one!
