Bummer that your arm is painful today. Maybe you will be one of those old wizened women who can predict the weather when you get old!

Oh, I hope the pain isn't because of the rain! I know people that are better forecasters than the actual weather people due to old injuries like that!

Good mornin everyone.
my appointment yesterday went rather unwell. They won't even try anymore opioids on me...even though they had me on a very small dosage...it was upsetting, I felt like they were giving up on me. I am on a last chance measure trying ketamine melts. Last night was my first dose and it really made me feel weird and I did sleep better but not much pain relief as of yet. AND they are nasty lol
I am also starting januvia today for the diabetes.
just kind of numb today.
QOTD: a little in the legs or I used to be. I used to be able to kick my own ass...I'm sure I still could but it'd hurt.
B: JUST egg cup
L: split pea soup and a l & f yogurt
D: split pea soup, shredded cheese
S: unplanned for the day

Nasty will be tolerable if they work! Did they say how long until you hit the therapeutic dose level?

The NP didn't say exactly but mentioned it may take a few months to find the right dosage.
Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your continued med issues. Are you sure you won't consider a pain pump? I adore split pea - I need t make a pot soon. Enjoy!

It's looking like that might be the only option. If I do have another surgery on my back I'll likely need it even more so.
Thank you!
