It was much easier at goal and now, but my skinny friends didn't understand how I could do that at my heaviest.

Both my kids had cold like symptoms. We never tested for COVID though since it seemed pretty run of the mill. Although I heard at morning huddle today that our COVID patient numbers have increased (9 in a hospital with 300 beds).

Mornin'!
Feeling pretty bloated today, even though I did OK yesterday. Although that's fine - hopefully it'll remind me to eat even less today! I haven't gotten approval yet for that music class, so I'm guessing it's a "no". That's fine - I need to get some stuff done around the house and continue reading my Scotland travel books so I can plan out my trip.
We're also converting one of our spare bedrooms back into a bedroom. It's had our old family room furniture in there for the last 12 years, but since it's one of our cat's "rooms" (we time share our house due to cat conflicts), and since already have two family rooms in this house (the original in the basement - and the "new" one that's part of an addition to the house), we haven't used it as a TV room (or whatever...) in several years. I'd rather have an extra bedroom. My mother recently gave us the double bed in her guest room when she switched it out for a twin to make more room, so we're in the process of setting that up. Last night we had to take the couch out of that room. I have no earthly idea how they got it in there (I think the remodelers moved it in before they did the remodeling of our "new" family room 12 years ago), because it would NOT come out. Luckily, the thing is a wreck and we already scheduled for the city to come and pick it up next week, so we started taking it apart. DH is going to have to go rent a chain saw today to take off part of the back, because we need about two more inches off of it to get it out of the house. What a freaking mess. There's still a love seat in there that has a bed in it, which is going to be even harder to get out due to the weight, but that thing is in much better shape than that old couch, and it's small enough that it may be able to stay in the room even with the bed in it, so I think that's what we'll do.
so today - we'll be dealing with that couch again, plus I should probably get out and ride my bike for awhile, since it'll be nice today (and more rain coming later this week...).
QOTD: not really because I have hip and knee arthritis, plus osteoporosis. I was more flexible when I was doing yoga regularly, but I really haven't done much of that in the last couple of years.
B: plain Greek yogurt with strawberry/rhubarb compote, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: Caprese salad
AS: L&F yogurt with raspberries
D: not sure - but whatever it is, I'll have cole slaw made with Asian-style dressing as a side
have a great day, everyone!
