Hope things turn around quickly for you. It's never easy when you have to deal with family. Especially in laws when you don't want to over step your boundaries. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

Congratulations on the planting. I planted a garden as well. It was an easy job though because My bro tilled it and got the garden paper down I just had to stick the plants in the ground.

I am so tired and sunburnt. I wish I had one more day off to recover from everything I tortured my body with this weekend. I had way to much over indulgence with food and wine and body is screaming.

I did get out for my exercise this morning and I saw DH's friends walking and I am sick of the walking so been running a little so I told them if you see Ron do not tell him you saw me running. I am only running the down hills for now. I really do not see me getting back to a 9 minute mile anytime time soon. Still up in the air if I will do the 5K for the 4th of July. I could walk it. I guess I will see after my Dr appointment on the 15th.

QOTD: Coffee is my favorite. Very rarely tea. But I have Gatorade 0 after workouts.

Accountability: I did not do not one thing in line with a successful weight loss surgery patient.

Good morning, everybody!

Am I obtuse?, or does the article entitled "OH 2022 Friday Speakers and Sessions" not actually contain a list of the Friday speakers and sessions? Anyways, I am excited to go to the conference this fall.

When I first joined OH, tickers were the first thing that I looked at: how much did people lose?, how long did it take?, what was maintenance like? etc. I don't usually look at the tickers now, I can tell roughly how people are doing by there words and photos. Also, some of us (ahem, me) stopped updating once we got to goal.

In any case, I did read them on Friday and have some overdue shoutouts:

SUE9999 - 10 pounds to goal. Great job!

Matt - losing 5 pounds last week was awesome and you are getting pretty close to goal as well.

And the embarrassing one. I am sorry if I missed this.

Lana - congratulations on getting to goal!! 130 pounds of the cool Mom!

All of our guests are going home today, Thank God. I have a lot on the weekend, but I'm running late right now.

QOTD: Somewhat nervous to type this, but almost neither. I rarely have tea. I have decaf coffee when the opportunity presents itself. For awhile, I had pretty much stopped drinking coffee altogether, but Marilyn has been going out in the morning, so I'm back to drinking it. Neither stopping nor starting was a conscious decision.

Breakfast: Sausage

Lunch: Roast beef

Dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

I don't think anyone will judge you for not being a coffee or tea drinking but I am worried you are shortening your life span, lol

Thank you for the "shout out" and encouragement. I have not updated my weight for a few weeks now since I am hovering between 132-134 lbs. Maybe I should for accountability. I did notice that on the tickers that once people met their goal there were no new updates, which did make me wonder what was going on "behind the curtain" in the early days of my joining the site. I think I will start updating each week.
