Thursday is here! What is on your JR Friday menu?

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

I skimmed over yesterdays thread since I was so busy yesterday and My one thought was how did you people become so fat when you do not like Ranch and Mayo? My answer to yesterdays QOTD is Fried cheese sticks dipped in mayo and crispy French fries with Salt and butter. I also love the watermelon tomato salads with the feta and basil but I think most people like those.

So I was at the orthopedic yesterday and 1 More month of Therapy and 1 more ortho appointment and I am good to go. PT keeps adding stretches to my routine and it is now like a 1/2 hour to get through it 3x a day. I can do most things but I have a few range of motion issues like reaching the small of my back. Just this week I was able to put in a pony tail holder in my hair with very little pain. It is not tight but I can get by with it for exercise.

QOTD: I can not believe you may have snow tomorrow. It is going to be 80° here today and the weekend is Predicting 90° for Saturday. The worst weather I endured was a 24" snowstorm that knocked out power for 24 hours but that ain't nothing compared to the winters QJB gets up there in Boston.

Accountably: No snacking yesterday.

TSS: 4 years 5 months 8 days: 150.2LBS, (Lowest 129.4) Plan to be back in the mid to high 130's by July.

B: Coffee with SF WONKA WHIPPLESCRUMPTIOUS FUDGYCARAMEL CREAMER,

MS: Light and Fit salted caramel and berries

CB: Coffee with SF WONKA WHIPPLESCRUMPTIOUS FUDGYCARAMEL CREAMER,

L: : Spaghetti squash with meat sauce and cheese.

D: bunless burger and bacon wrapped roasted cabbage.

Exercise: 2 mile walk. Done

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week

As a fellow WLS/person with obesity, you know there is a lot more to it than just ranch and Mayo!

I am desperately looking for that SF creamer everywhere I go, but nothing.

I hate Mayo and ranch with a passion, and still gained a lot of weight by eating icecream, brownies, cookies, mixed nuts. I'm more of a snack person than actual food, and those snacks made me gain 120 lbs!!!

Yup my only sweet pleasure has to involve peanut butter. But give me Ranch and Potatoes, Mayo on anything, chips with all the dip in the world. Who am I kidding there is not much food I wouldn't eat. I am just lucky I have this tool to tell me to stop.

Ice cream is my heroin.

Ditto what Sheila said about the creamer! Did you do a black-market buy in an alley somewhere? Did they fall off a truck?

I found it at target, but not with all the creamers, in a refrigerated end cap, just to make it a treasure hunt
