Thursday is here! What is on your JR Friday menu?

I woke up this morning thinking about what time I needed to leave for the airport and that I haven't packed yet...fortunately, it's Thursday and I leave on Friday. Possibly in a snow storm! I (and the airport) are in between the 2-8 inche and 1-3 inch forecasted areas for the weekend.

QOTD - what is the most extreme weather event you have been in. I have been in everything except an earthquake -- blizzards, whiteouts, hailstorms that left the place looking like it snowed, two tornados, one hurricane, several tropical storms, and haboobs (Arizona wind/dust storm). I guess I have technically been in an earthquake but I only knew about it because the news said so; I thought the wind had rattled my front door.

Today is my only "normal" workday this week and I have to pack after work as well so it will be busy! But it is Thursday and I am off Friday and Monday so yay!

menu today

coffee plus half and half X2

Ozery plus PB

jalapeno sausage

balanced break

Have a fantastic day everyone!

Good mornin Jen and thanks for getting us started.

i'm a nervous Nelly this morning. My appointment with the neurosurgeon is this morning. I kind of know what's coming and as someone who avoids confrontation like plangue...well I'm not looking forward to it. I heard my mom on the phone with my aunt last night. She is very worried about my mental health. It's just a lot for me right now. Overwhelmed and stressed out. So if y'all could send some positive thoughts my way it'd be really appreciated

other than that not a lot planned. We had to unexpectedly buy a new mower yesterday. Fun fun...LOL

QOTD: I have been in everything but tropical weather. We had a blizzard with 22 inches of snow once when I was an older teenager, small earthquakes, sat outside watching a funnel cloud over my house...baseball to softball hail in a small car(all windows were broken out). Hurricane force winds and the haboobs happen here too. Today we'll be up to 100 and Saturday we'll likely not reach 60. I tend to not like the wide variety of weather we have in a 24 hour period! Haha

B: oatmeal

L: PP shake

D: PP shake

S: yogurt and broth

are this for a friend yesterday.

Thanks, it is paper. I will let my friend frame it if she wants. She lives in Utah so I figured glass wouldn't ship well!
